The Los Angeles Macrobiotic Conference will be held on October 13, 2012. A beginner track is available for people new to macrobiotics and offers information and cooking classes from some wonderful, very experienced teachers. An advanced track will provide classes for people already practicing macrobiotics.
Teachers presenting classes: David Briscoe, William Spear, Jessica Porter, Laura Taylor and Karen Bryson.
Cooking classes by: Jeanne Beveridge, Patrick Grosset, Eric Lechasseur and Sanae Suzuki.
Lunch and Dinner will be provided by Seed Restaurant.
This one day conference is a wonderful opportunity to meet some very experienced teachers, learn some new skills and eat some really good macrobiotic meals.
