Vegetables with Breakfast Challenge!
I have created a 10-day challenge for those who would like to rev up their vegetable game. My day goes so much better when I have vegetables with my breakfast and I want to inspire you to try it out. And if you already eat vegetables with your breakfast, I will have ideas for how you can step it up even more. Throughout the 10 days I will post tips, recipes and meal suggestions. Plus, I have some delicious gifts for several lucky participants. A few days before the challenge starts, I will have some guidelines and a printable handout available. The challenge will start Monday, April 29. If you have any initial questions or have specific challenges you would like me to address, please let me know in the comments.

Virtual Vegan Potluck!
I love being a part of this event. It’s super fun to see so many blogs join together for a one day train of delicious dishes and mouth-watering photos. This will be my second time attending and I can’t wait to spend days (really!) meandering from post to post and dish to dish savoring each and every one. It’s not too late to sign up if you would like to contribute a dish. The event takes place Saturday, May 11. For those just wanting to attend, the potluck is hosted by Vegan Bloggers Unite and you can go there May 11 for the link to the beginning of the appetizers. From there, each post will link up to the next creating a 100+ blog meal train from appetizers through dessert. It’s pretty fantastic!
