Consultations:
Warren Kramer will also be providing individual macrobiotic health consultations during his time in Seattle. Consultations can be a really beneficial step in healing a variety of health conditions, but they can also be useful for other issues like sugar cravings, overeating, memory loss and sleep issues. Warren can suggest a variety of strategies to handle the stress of daily life, or to understand how individual constitution factors in to your current health. Consultations include personal recommendations, a recipe booklet and access to Warren if you have questions afterward. We are scheduling consultations for April 26, 27 and 29. Please contact me if you would like more information or to schedule.
I feel so grateful to have Warren teaching and consulting in Seattle on a regular basis. We would love to have you join us!

Warm wishes,
