I recently wrote a personal manifesto for a training I am participating in. This is a paragraph from it:
“The relationship between our human bodies and our spirit is ideally a collaborative one. At conception, or soon after, our human body chooses our spirit just as much as our spirit chooses our body. Our bodies are our human guide for this lifetime on Earth. They hold a connection to this planet and wisdom that is vital for our spirit as we navigate life here. Our human body makes it possible for our spirit to come here and fulfill its path. The marriage of the two is where magic and alchemy happen and something new is birthed into the world.”
