For the past 13 years, I have studied the energetic properties of food and how to use them to support physical health and spiritual growth. I draw on universal laws of nature and principles developed in macrobiotic philosophy. Sometimes food and lifestyle can act as distractions keeping us from expressing our true nature and living the life we want. Making different choices can support our ability to stay present to our body’s needs and our spiritual path.

I studied macrobiotic and natural foods cooking, home remedies and basic visual diagnosis at the Natural Epicurean of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX. I have continued my studies with Warren Kramer, David Briscoe, Denny Waxman, Dawn Pallavi-Ludwig and Lino and Jane Stanchich. I am a Certified Plant-Based Chef through Rouxbe Online Cooking School.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Community Health and am a trained birth and postpartum doula. I have also received energetic training at a Reiki Master level.
I continue to be amazed by the powerful shift in vibration resulting from simple adjustments in food and lifestyle. The impact of these choices expands way beyond just my individual life. They impact all life around the globe. As a result of incorporating macrobiotic and spiritual practices into my daily life, I have become more compassionate with both myself and others. My thinking is clear and I have balanced energy. My connection to my body, our planet and my spirit continues to grow daily. I am feeling more sweetness and joy in my life than I ever thought was possible and I want to share what I know with others.
